Evolving is part of life, it comes down to survival of the fittest. This goes physically as well as spiritually. Astral is hostile, just like the Universe. Nothing is handed over to you, you need to work for your own survival and evolution. This is why we meditate, in order to raise our consciousness, there will come a time when the physical beings of the Universe will achieve the perfect bodies and immortality. And un-evolved higher selves will not be able to reincarnate in to these perfect bodies, thus dying and perishing slowly until nothing is left of your consciousness. In order for higher self to be reincarnated the body's evolution needs to be on the same level with your higher-self. If we stop evolving (Meditating) our energy drops, consciousness is energy and the more you gain raw bio-electricity more you can evolve your understanding of the laws of the Astral and Cosmos. As you raise your understanding and knowledge you evolve. There is no heaven or hell, its all a big cycle of life and information sharing. Reincarnating in order to continue living, learning and experiencing. Maybe evolve to level where you can create your own life or share your knowledge with existing life forms so they can too continue living.
Meditation is evolving, expanding your understanding of the Universe and the nature around you. It's working with the energies of the Universe, gaining a deeper understanding of life. I can't tell you what is life as i do not know, but what i do know is that we are one step closer to understanding it with meditation.
Meditating does not mean just sitting with a blank mind an talking to the Universe or sending out good thoughts. It's circulating and manipulating energies of your body and eventually around you. Working with colours, vibrations, frequencies, elements, planets and nature. Evolving to be a God.
Meditation is Energy working in order to activate our DNA. Updating our software if you will.
What are chakras?
Chakras are the organs of the soul. Without them properly functioning, you wont be able to meditate properly or cant develop your astral abilities. Meditation and by working with each chakras individually for some time triggers the healing process of the soul. You can't expect to run if you haven't walked for over 20 years. You need some kind of Physiotherapy.
Does Chakras have colours?
This is one of the biggest misunderstanding that we hear today. Chakras do not have colours, they are what you make them. Chakras are not made of colours but are made of vibrations. Visualizing colours are ways of vibrating our chakras to a point where they become active. After a while when you are advanced enough, you don't need to visualize the colour. You only need to feel and manipulate the vibrations.
Colours associated with the chakras are just a representation of what their uses are for. Ex. Crown chakra represents the knowledge and spirituality, thus purple.
However, colours vibrate, and in order to meditate effectively with no side effects, your body needs to be with the same frequencies with that of your higher-self. This goes with meditating with colours too.
As you see it on the left diagram, it explains the Wavelengths of colours. Short Wavelengths (left) are higher vibrating and long Wavelengths (right) are low vibrating colours. Why do we always meditate with blue? It's because colour blues vibration is the most compatible of that human body.
In order to work with colours you need a deeper understanding of meditation and energy as well as vibrations manipulation. You need to raise the vibration of colours to match with your bodies frequency. If you take the colours as it is and not manipulate the frequencies/vibrations, it will either lower your energy or raise it to a level that your body cannot handle it, thus causing unwanted ugly side-effects. We also raise our vibrations, so we can work with higher vibrating energies.
This is why we always meditate with blue until we are capable of manipulating frequencies, energy, and raise the vibrations of them at will. A dedicated meditative work ethic from your side goes a long way because it takes years, if not, decades of practice.
Meditating with white has minimal effect on the body. It's a natural colour and meditating with it will only make your progress slower, it will not stop it, but it will considerably slow it down.
Tone and texture of the Energy you Visualize all effects the effectiveness of meditation and has different uses. After all, they all vibrate in different frequencies.
For instance, there's a difference between visualizing blue versus light-electric blue.
Also all 4 Elements have their specific Energies and their uses in the Astral.
