Attention: Do not start meditations on this section until you are comfortable with the beginner section. Give the beginner section at least 2 to 3 Years, do not rush anything.Your body needs time to get used to the energies of your meditations. A good foundation goes a long way, if you are not attempting to work with 200kg weights at the first day of the Gym do not attempt these meditations before you are completely comfortable with the beginner section.
Shielding
Sooner or later you will encounter beings with ill intentions. So how do we counter them?
Shielding is the most effective way. Whatever they can do, you can too. Always remember that.
However, ignoring them by protecting yourself will push them away. They will get bored and move on when they cannot penetrate your shield.
Shielding is not easy. It's not a one time deal. You need to perform it every day in order to add up to the past day. Our shield, like your aura, will get stronger with each practice.
Go in trance, deeper the better. Now visualize all your 7 chakras as well as your aura and your light body, hold the visualization. Now, on top of your aura add a blue energy bubble. Visualize yourself inside this bubble while holding the visualization of your aura and chakras.
Now, we can start to manipulate the energies.
Visualize that this bubble is protecting you, your aura and your chakras from all outside elements. Breathe in electric blue energy to empower your shield and then exhale. With every single exhale, visualize your shield getting stronger and brighter, warding off negative energies.
Do this as long till you feel safe.
You can try out your shield by visualizing yourself getting attacked. Visualize sending an energy on to your shield. If this energy penetrates your shield, continue to shield yourself. If not, complete your meditation.
Remember, effects of shielding will ware off, you need to perform it every day or at least couple times a week.
Back Chakras
Visualizing back chakras in their right locations is extremely important.
They are right behind your middle charkas- on the spine.
This meditation is almost the same with chakra spinning. However, this time you need to work on your back chakras which are responsible for restoring astral energies. First, cleanse your aura. Afterwards, focus on your crown chakra and work your way down to your root chakra to align them. When you reach at the root chakra, circulate the energy towards the base of your spine and work your way up to your crown chakra (back chakras are located in the picture shown). Do this as much as you are comfortable with the energy and complete your meditation.
This meditation will make your interaction with the astral easier, receiving and sending out energies, communicating with astral beings, etc. Although, communicating with the astral is NOT recommended until you can effectively shield yourself and master your void meditations, not all beings have good intentions. Don't get yourself manipulated.
Your middle chakras are responsible for your energy circulation, your front chakras are for your emotions, and your back chakras are your interaction with the astral, so called kundalini (which is a bit misunderstood concept).

Working with colours
When working with colours, do not turn your chakra to that colour completely. Add a thin layer of whatever colour you want to work with on top of blue. Gods themselves are meditating with blue, so its best to stick with it.
Colour traits;
RED
Red is the lowest vibrating colour so be careful when working with it. Too much red will cause anger and fear but
working with the colour effectively can help with sexual energy and courage.
ORANGE
Colour of divination, when you are communicating with the astral beings or Gods, adding a thin layer of orange will make that interaction a tad easier. Or when you are trying to tap into knowledge.
YELLOW
Use it to increase your willpower, self-esteem, or if you are an artist, musician, etc, use it to gain inspiration. It also helps with divination.
GREEN
The most effective Colour of healing, grounding and balancing. Use it to balance your emotions such as heart break, fear, frustration, anger etc.
PURPLE/VIOLET
This is the colour of spiritual energy. Use it to raise your cosmic (spiritual) awareness and senses (astral hearing, third eye, feeling energies, etc). Using purple is strictly for meditative work. Be careful to not over expand yourself since it might attract some unwanted entities.
Empowering the Aura
Visualize yourself in a electric blue energy field. Breathe the energy in while making your aura brighter and your light body (astral body) brighter each time. Feel it getting stronger.
Do it as much as you are comfortable with and complete your meditation. A strong aura will make it much harder for negative energies to interact with you and affect you. Also, a strong aura is always important when you step up to the advanced section. You may perform the Grounding Meditation on your light body afterwards. If you feel the side effects of the energies you have worked with during your meditative state.

Sun Meditation
Sit in front of the sun, go the trance state and pull energy in from it. Visualize it defusing in to your chakras, your light body and into your aura, making it stronger. in this meditation we do not visualize the Suns energy blue. Instead, feel the warmth of the sun diffusing to your Aura. Breathe in at least 7 times.
UTU's Heart Chakra Meditation
If you dont understand the instructions on this meditation please do not perform it
Visualize and spin your heart chakra 40 times or as long as you feel comfortable.
You can use your Rosary/Beads for counting
When you reach 40, visualize it spinning at the speed of light and connecting to your throat and Solar Plexus and so on.
Circulate the energy until its freely moving up and down. Hold the visualization. Remember to spin all your 7 chakras (vertically and horizontally) while you are performing this meditation.
Do the breathing technique as in the Void and with every breath making your chakras brighter and brighter, like a blue sun.
This meditation’s effects will last much longer than the beginner chakra spin, however you need to perform it well. It also helps balancing the chakras easier. Visualize the hearth chakra as GREEN and all other chakras as BLUE
UTU's sigil represents the heart chakra.
It is important to feel the charkas in front of your spine- in the middle of your body. Your body must be relaxed
Also in this meditation, feel and visualize the chakras as light as possible, remember chakras Aura and the Light Body are weightless. Make them light in texture not thick. This will make it easier to feel them. As you make them brighter keep the texture as it is and only manipulate the colour of them. Feel them getting stronger and more connected.
If you feel weird or feel like you have taken too much energy in/unable to breathe or overactive charkas; perform the "grounding meditation"
