As one delves deep into the meditations, eventually they will go through energy shifts. Thus, activating the healing process. In reality, healing starts the first couple weeks of meditating, however it won't take its toll until you are at least 2 years in to your practice. So what is healing?
Healing is essentially remembering, taking ego under control and cleansing of the negative emotions. Although, taking your ego under control is not getting rid of it. The majority of cults/religions and new age movements teachings consists of getting rid of the ego altogether, which essentially is the same with losing your personality. You can't get rid of your personality. You can evolve it by practicing the meditations and bettering yourself.
Healing process is unique to each individual as we all have our own personal set backs with our approach to life, meditations, and interactions with other humans/beings. Each day, thousands of people find a wide gap between what they are taught/think meditation and the healing process is. Because of the expectations and their "set ways", what they experience in reality does not add up to their fantasies and often the result is burnout, anger or hatred toward the Gods or Meditation itself.
Lack of discipline, impatience, and superiority complex as well as inflated uncontrolled ego makes the healing process a living hell. These people tend to blame meditations and the Gods by calling them "evil". People such as these often has the mind-set of always expecting something without putting the necessary time into it. They fail the very nature of the meditations and now they are looking to blame external factors instead of owning up to their failure. Thus, they go in denial and start producing conspiracies in their minds. The human mind is very fragile if one does not practice the necessary knowledge with consistency and dedication. The main reason people go in to conspiracies is because they think the formulas (meditations) haven't worked for them because it results in such negative outcomes. That is sadly the very nature of the healing, you have to go through some struggles if you want to become strong. Like clay needs to go through intense heat to become strong. Most people can't complete the process of healing and many end up walking away from the path. hurt and wounded, instead of loved and healed.
New age movements made it seem "the healing process" is all rainbows and flowers. On the contrary, this phase can and WILL become ugly. There is nothing glorious about healing of the soul or suffering.
However there are lessons that comes with this process
The healing process never stops. It's a constant struggle with ones self and their mind. Although it never stops, as you get familiar with the process and know what needs to be done physically, emotionally as well as energetically; the process gets much easier overtime. Knowing your mind, your body and your soul.
Every chakra must be free of emotional blocks so that the energy can flow throughout the whole body. Blockages occur either because emotional issues in our bodies or because of our lack of meditation/concentration of each chakra lack of meditational work or insecurities .
Opened chakras can become closed again if one stops working on them. Emotional trauma includes past hurts and future fears or any disempowering belief. Energy blockages won't be noticed until energy tries to flow through this chakra. Stuck energy then gets stored until the blockage is released. This stuck energy becomes stagnate energy and the result can be illness (physically as well as spiritually) or even injury.
Shifts will result in feeling at peace even though circumstances haven't changed, or seeing new options where choices had seemed limited before. A more level headed and logical approach to situations and to yourself will strengthen. Never try to rush anything. Crescent moon needs time to become full.
Heart and solar plexus chakras specifically will effect the feeling/sudden changes in emotions as well physically not being able to breathe if one has blockage around these areas. The pain, with or without physical manifestation, is our bodies way of telling us there is a blockage that needs to be opened so that the energy can flow. The emotional issues must be released in order for the energy to flow. When the energy flows, the body heals. If you stop working on your chakras/aura, the healing process stagnates and eventually stops. Every day not spent with meditation takes you back 3 days prior.
Meditating is receiving energies in order to activate the organs of the soul (Chakras).
Working with higher vibrating energies, as one gets advanced affects the physical being, through astral.
The biggest reason for this is because beginners don't know how to visualize effectively and fail to complete the meditation, this is a process everyone goes through but some stay longer than others. Knowing what kind of energy your body can handle is something everyone learns overtime. However, before that one must face with the side effects of the energies. Getting the pure energy from the astral in order to cleanse yourself is not as simple as it sounds. The texture of the energy one visualizes, the "weight" of the energy, the shade of the energy /colour you take in, all have different effects. Imagine all these energies as different types of water, salty, tap, lake, sweet, ocean, river, waterfall, etc.
Additionally, all these bodies of water have their own movements too, with different beings living in them. Beginner visualization is like tap water, with fluoride, not super clean but still drinkable (depends where you go) in the astral. As one gets advanced and starts to alter the frequencies of the energies at will, they will prefer the tap water filtered down, so it has more minerals and is cleaner as well as healthier, with no side-effects what so ever. Everyone will face with the problem of excessive energies taken to the body because you don't know how to differentiate the energies, don't know how to feel them, or learned how to manipulate frequencies.
The most effective way of coping with the side effects of these excessive/not %100 clean energy is through grounding. Grounding is giving back the energy that one received in the state of meditation. Your body had already taken the necessary energy in meditation and giving the energy away is a way of balancing your body. A very effective way of balancing the body. Be careful not to overdo this meditation.
