Go in deep trance. Visualize and most importantly FEEL your aura, chakras and your light body.
When ready, visualize giving the blue energy away. Feel that you are relieved from your excessive energies. Hold the visualization for 5 to up to 10 /15 minutes.
After this meditation, if you hold a real Amber (there are a lot of fake ones out there) it will amplify the pure energy that is left in the body, thus increasing the effectiveness of the meditation.
It doesnt really matter where you are releasing this energy. Some techniques, however, are more effective than others. Perform this meditation when you are feeling "bloated", "when you are feeling "muddy" or if you are going through an energy shift-such as ascension flu.
Using a gem stone that has grounding qualities. (Remember to activate the gem stone by adding blue energy through a candle flame or visualization and consistently using it in your meditations by holding it. It will take 1-4 weeks for it to become fully active depending how much you have spent meditating with it/putting energy in). Stones that works best for this are; Black Tourmaline and Smokey Quartz. Earthy Sandalwood particularly works well with these stones
Simply hold the stone of your choice and perform the meditation
Giving the excessive energy to a plant. Get a (preferably bigger) plant/small tree. Sit in front of it and perform the meditation by simply giving your energy not to the room, but to the plant itself. As plants turn carbon dioxide to oxygen, their energies work pretty much the same in the astral.
Simply go outside (backyard, park etc), sit and give your excessive energy to the ground. Either from your base chakra, light body, or from your Aura. This will also help the Earth HEAL.
Although this meditation is for getting rid of the unnecessary energy, you can perform it to relive yourself from negative emotions. Such as hate, fear, jealousy, laziness, self-consciousness, etc. However, do not release these energies/emotions in your home/room you live in. Perform he meditation with technique 1 or 3. While performing No:1 remember to give the negative emotions to the Black Tourmaline or to smokey quartz. Then give the stone 24 hours to cleanse itself. Bigger the stone, better room for holding energy in/cleanse.
Last option is to work out every day at least 30 minutes. This helps getting rid of excessive energy in the body and strengthens your body's ability to withstand more energy, without side effects. Working out also circulates the energy for you so you don't need to perform circulation meditation. However, working out does not strengthen one's Aura or Chakras.
Remember, you are not expanding your aura, chakras or light body, you are only giving away the excessive energy from them. Their proportions should be nothing out of ordinary. Do not over do this meditation
