Void Meditation
Void is the foundation of meditation. One cannot progress through other meditations and energy workings without mastering the void technique.
Go to Lotus position, it is always better to meditate with a straight spine and back. However, it is hard in the beginning to relax and concentrate on this position so if you are new, you can lay down too (try not to fall asleep). But practice meditation in Lotus position as you advance yourself.
When you are comfortable, focus on your breathing. Take a slow deep breath for 6-7 seconds, hold it for as long as you are comfortable with (don't over hold your breath), and exhale slowly for 6-7 seconds.
(Breathe in to your chest instead of your stomach!)
Do this as much as you need, 7 to 10 times should do the trick. Purpose of this is to balance the breathing.
This exercise is very important, if you notice your breathing change while you are in meditative state, regulate your breathing once more and continue your meditation. Balancing your inhaling and exhaling will put you in a trance state quicker than any other technique.
After this, focus on your thoughts and try thinking.. about absolutely nothing.
You should be free of any thought, music playing in your head, or random conversations that you can hear. This is your subconscious mind and you need to control it to your will, as it is you and only you can free your mind from thoughts. You may use the chant SA-TA-NA-MA in your head, stretch the words as you feel comfortable
"SAAAAHH-TAAHH-NAAAHH-MAAAAHH"
Try to hold this state of mind for 5 minutes as first and as you progress, increase the number to 10-15-20-30 etc. minutes.

Aura cleansing
Aura cleansing is the meditation you will use from day one until your last breath. Get good at it. Do not start any kind of energy meditation before you cleansed your aura throughly. As you meditate, you will be more open to outside energies and you can pick up other peoples "bad" energies while you are interacting with them, or even walking down the street.
When you are more receptive to the Energies it will feel like walking between people who has not bathed for years. As you get advanced and your Aura gets stronger, you wont get affected by these.
This is why you absolutely need to perform this meditation at least 2-3 times a day. As you get advance you can reduce the number to 1 but never skip it. You will feel the energies more intensely when your aura and chakras are clean.
After you get in to trance state, visualize your body
start with first person view as you visualize and practice the third person view on yourself as you get advanced.
After a while you will be able to both visualize form the first and third person simultaneously
Imagine yourself in a blue energy bubble.
This is very important; feel the corners of your body. Feel how much space you occupy physically and relax. This is in a way stretching before work out only it is on your astral body
Defuse the blue energy all over your aura and chakras it should go through them. It is not like water, it goes through your body and all your chakras as well as your aura.
Hold this image for at least 5 minutes and increase the number as you advance. Visualizing all 7 of your chakras at the same time is hard at first, so you can work on your chakras one by one starting with your root (base) chakra and visualizing them as mini blue Suns.
You will feel pressure or/and tingling sensation on your chakras and your body, this is how energy feels like and means your meditation is working.
Do this until you feel clean.
Think of this as an Astral shower.
Chakra spin
Visualize your chakras like they are mini blue suns. Do the aura cleansing but instead of seeing your chakras still, give them a push. Visualize them spinning, try to hold the image until your chakras are spinning without you interacting with them, feel that they are spinning at the speed of light.
It might be difficult to visualize all 7 or 17 of your chakras at the same time, so you can work on them one by one and move on to the next one
Visualize your chakras connecting with a blue energy; Root chakra to Swadhisthana, Swadhistahana to Solar Plexus all the way up to your crown chakra and back again on to your root chakra. This makes it easier for you to feel the energies also connects the chakras and aligns them
Most chakra locations you see out there are wrong. Visualizing chakras in the wrong place is like having a dislocated shoulder because it is not where its needs to be. This is not much of a problem when you are a beginner but it can get fatal when you are more receptive to the Energies.
By not visualizing charkas in their rightful places, you de-align them on purpose.
After this meditation you will feel blockages clearing in your charkas, light body and it provides physical/spiritual protection.
This is also a great way of increasing your bio electricity and energy level.
However, meditations effects will ware off so you need to repeat this in order for its effects to continue.
Don't forget to spin them horizontally and vertically
Empowering the Astral sight
With this meditation, we are connecting our 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th eye. After you achieve your trance state, focus. Shift your eyes physically to your 3rd eye while your eye are closed, dont force your eyes they must be relaxed.
Focus on your 1st eye just below your eyes, on your nose. Imagine it shining like a small blue sun, when you start to feel a pressure move on to your second eye between your eyebrows and do the same. Move on to your third eye, above your eye brows and repeat.
Do the same with all of your eyes
4th eye- In above-middle of forehead
5th eye- right below where your hair ends
6th eye 1 cm above your 5th eye.
Connect all your eyes with a blue line and do this meditation until the energy is freely going up and down from 1st eye to your 6th eye, from your 6th eye to your 1st eye. Do this for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Remember to hold the image of all your minor eye chakras in your head, shining like a blue energy. All 6 of them.
After this meditation you may see swirling colours, lights popping on and off from objects or even on air, seeing auras of people around you, etc. This all depends on your level of advancement.
After completing this , do the following meditation the same day-
Sit comfortably and focus on your third eye (not your third eye chakra but your third eye, which is in front of your forehead). Put yourself in first person view and imagine your 3rd eye like a flash light, illuminating where ever you are looking at, try to see through your 3rd eye. Practice this up to 3 hours a day.
(Remember! like everything, this takes practice. If you are waiting for results in a couple of days you will be disappointed, unless you were born with the skill. This usually takes months to achieve if not, years. However, you will be seeing shadows and other types of beings within a couple months practice. If you want to have a clear view like your eyes are open, you need to put in serious practice. But it will happen eventually).

Differentiating & feeling Energies
This one of the most important meditation that you will perform. Astral is full of beings. Like Earth, they contain good and bad entities. Knowing who you are communicating with is essential. Otherwise you can get easily tricked by beings that are imitating the Gods.
Not all of them will bother you with bad intentions but they want to get your attention. Not all beings will pretend to be the Gods' and they might just want to offer their guidance. You wouldn't let a stranger make decisions for your life, so you shouldn't do the same because some astral being told you so.
With this meditation, you will be able to feel and sense their intentions and differentiate the Gods' energy from these beings.
As you get advanced, you will be able to pick up energy signatures naturally and can get an accurate regrading in the Astral.
It will also train you to better manipulate and feel the energies in your meditations.

Get yourself a plant (or your your pet if you have one). Go to the trance state, visualize your aura expanding and touch the plant's aura. Do not intake energy from the plant but simply touch auras. Hold the image and eventually you will be able to feel the plant's energy. Try it with different plants as they all have different feelings. Do this with the astral beings that you encounter and you will be able to sense their intent. If its bad, say you are not interested in communicating with them and ask them to leave.
As you get advanced you don't need to visualize auras touching at each other, you will be able to get a reading by just concentrating on the object, person or being.

This is not a meditation but a technique to heal Gaia (The Earth). For the last 2000 years, our planet's energy levels is decreasing rapidly because of wars and religions bad effects. Gaia's energy level effects all of us and it is one of the main reasons why humanity is struggling to get out from the position that we are in. We need to start healing our planet. These Energies effect our action
This is easy to perform. After your meditations, put the incense leftovers in to a jar, collect them for a month. Go anywhere that is outdoors and unload it to the ground, you can also burry your jar if you like. Incense leftovers will hold on to the energy of your meditations and they will be transferred to Gaia, thus starting the healing process.
You can burry left over candles form the Elders or energy work.
Another great way is to do the Grounding Meditation and give your energy to Earth instead of sending it away (Refer to Grounding).
If you are not physically able to sit down outside to meditate, use the remote eye technique to visualize yourself outside. anywhere you want in nature. Then proceed the meditation as it is.
